HIV, women and motherhood

Mony Pen, Cambodia—Mony was diagnosed HIV-positive at 21 after having endured poverty and domestic violence. She relates the challenges of HIV-positive women in her country and how she fought to be the strong woman, activist and mother she is now.

Fourteen women share their most painful times, their resilience, their yearnings and their passions for change.
