In a ground-breaking collaborative effort, the World Council of Churches and the World Health Organization have joined forces to launch Parenting: a Journey of Love.  This 56-page workbook, no. 10 in the Called to Care toolkit, is published by the Strategies for Hope Trust.  It is designed to inform, support and encourage parents of young children and adolescents, especially in countries where family life is being undermined by the AIDS epidemic.

Written from a Christian perspective, Parenting: a Journey of Love is structured around five ‘parental roles’ developed by the World Health Organization through a review of 34 projects from around the world.
